Encounter Yoga offers Hatha Yoga classes from gentle and restorative, to subtle, flowing and vibrant, suitable for all body types and fitness levels - regardless of age, ability or experience – there will be a yoga class that meets your needs. Encounter Yoga is a small home-based studio which provides intimate classes of just 6-8 people, with class schedules to suit a range of needs; with offerings from specified focussed workshops, to personalised, individual tuition. I will be taking a break from sharing yoga over the Summer holiday period to spend some valuable time with family, and to travel on some new roads and visit some different shores. Gentle Somatic Yoga Program
Reawakening the mind's control of movement, flexibility and health. This is a very subtle and sensuous practice that is stand alone or complimentary to your general yoga practice. You are welcome to join us for the whole term for $18 per class, or casual visits are available ($25) serene saturdays
