Sharing yoga in and around Encounter Bay, Victor Harbor and the south coast of SA for over 15 years.

Encounter Yoga offers Hatha Yoga classes from gentle and restorative, to subtle, flowing and vibrant, suitable for all body types and fitness levels - regardless of age, ability or experience – there will be a yoga class that meets your needs.

Encounter Yoga is a small home-based studio which provides intimate classes of just 6-8 people, with class schedules to suit a range of needs; with offerings from specified focussed workshops, to personalised, individual tuition.

Encounter Yoga offers a range of yoga services including:

ENCOUNTER YOGA IS BACK ON THE MAT

After a  few months sabbatical leave through Winter travelling to some pretty special places and spending time with family and friends, I feel full and fresh.
​Classes resuming for Term 4 from Monday 12 October for 10 weeks until Thursday 17 December.
​Thank you to all my lovely Yoga Friends and your generosity and support, allowing me to take this break and still return to my classes. I am blessed!
...And so. yoga begins

somatic yoga

Gentle Somatic Yoga Program
Reawakening the mind's control of movement, flexibility and health. This is a very subtle  and sensuous practice that is stand alone or complimentary to your general yoga practice.  You are welcome to join us for the whole term for  $18 per class,  or casual visits are available ($25)

serene saturdays
Yin or Restorative yoga
​+ Yoga Nidra 

Restorative Yoga - $35 /120 minutes
Generally held on the 2nd Saturday of the Month - 10am -12 noon (Please check to confirm dates)

​Yin Yoga - $35 /120 minutes
